The staff are friendly. L’ovation of the hotel is superb which most of the tourist points are in walkable distant. It is close to tube station. Room is clean and cozy designed. The only bad thing is my room is facing the Main Street and during the weekend the street is noisy which I need to put my earbud for sleep.
