The staff was super friendly and helpful. We lived our welcome fift. The room was amazing. 10 min walk to the Acropolis and Pantheon. Parking is difficult but we found a private lot 3 blocks away for 30.00 euros

Right in the center of the action, with Syntagma Square only a couple of blocks away, and located right on Ermou street. We were on the first floor, and there was loud music playing until the early hours of the morning, so it was a bit noisy at night. The room was very clean and I did appreciate the additional amenities, like vanity kits and toothbrush kits, loofa sponge and Nespresso coffee pods for breakfast. The only real issue we had was that the Wifi is not very good, at all. That was disappointing because we did need to access information online for our travel plans and it was very difficult.
