Sound like a scam likely

**Beware** I booked this hotel for a business trip because it was the cheapest around.i went to check in and lady at the desk ask for a $100 deposit. That’s fine. Whipped out company card. She then said it has to be cash. Hell no!! Had to go to the Holiday Inn next door fortunately they had a room available

When you arrive they tell you that you have to pay a ridiculous CASH only deposit even if you’ve already paid for the room online. When I asked what if I don’t have an extra $xxx (not allowed to include amount in this review) she said then I can cancel your reservation. She put it in an envelope and the next morning gave it right back without checking the room or anything. Not sure the point of that!

The office was closed and after ringing the bell several times and no answers we had to sit outside because our key stopped working. I waited over an hour and went back to the office. Rang the bell and STILL NO SERVICE. The shower was DIRTY and had hair on the wall from previous guests. I have pictures to show the closed empty office at 06:30am. And forget the free coffee. The machine is in several pieces.
