Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
This was a disastrous stay. I’m gonna keep this short. Firstly, the air conditioning in both bedrooms was not working, even after asking the property owner to fix it. The solution, cleaning the filters… sorry but it’s 34 degrees and the AC was only working in the living room. I ended up sleeping on a pullout children’s mattress on the floor in the living room for two nights. This is completely unacceptable! Secondly, the photos on the website are unlike the property currently. They have to be updated to the date used furniture that is currently available. Lastly, I have experience with properties as an owner/operator myself. I have at least 3 guys available at anytime to help out with issues such as malfunctioning AC’s it doesn’t take two days to fix an AC. I don’t recommend this property to anyone. They should update the picture, change the AC units and at least provide 1 small water bottle.. 335euros completely wasted. I wish I had time on my trip to change the property, but like most people I would rather spend my time exploring the city I came to visit.
