Larkspire by the Lake is your escape from the city — a fully renovated 3-bedroom home inside Sleepy Hollow Lake, a private gated community in the Catskills. In fall, the lake goes quiet and the hills turn gold and red. Spend the day on trails and back roads, then come home to a firepit, a warm deck, and nowhere you need to be.
Morning coffee on the deck, mist still on the water. Two hours from NYC, a world away.

The Home & Layout
Our home is a thoughtfully renovated, single-family house designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy family living. The layout is open and intuitive, with plenty of natural light and space to unwind after a day exploring the lake and Catskills.

Living Room
The main living area is warm and inviting, featuring comfortable seating, a smart TV, and space to relax together. Board games are available for cozy evenings in.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. The dining area comfortably seats your group for meals, morning coffee, or game nights.

Bedrooms
The home offers three well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable beds, quality linens, and storage for longer stays. Each bedroom is designed to be quiet and restful for a great night’s sleep.

Bathrooms
Two clean, modern bathrooms feature fresh towels, essential toiletries, and updated fixtures for a hotel-like experience.

Outdoor Spaces
