Kallimarmaro Residence is a complex of two separate buildings: the main modern house (2001), and a strictly renovated small neoclassical building (1960) used by the designer- owner as his workshop, now the 4th room-studio. Between them on ground level, interconnected with the pool with large folding glass panel doors, lies a lush patio planted with 5 huge fruit trees ( orange, lemon, pomegranate, fig tree, grapevine) + a real basketball hoop basket!
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine, and housekeeping is provided on request.
