Heat did not work the first night...Jacob was called early the next morning and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem...workers at the breakfast bar recognized our mobility issues and rushed to seat and help us with food from the bar...great service!.

The hotel was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Gym had good equipment. The breakfast options were very good with healthy choices. Area was walkable around town. Our only complaint was the elevators didn’t work well. They were out of order a lot. We took the stairs a lot because of the wait time for elevators.

The room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was really nice, the staff were nice, the breakfast was amazing. They had everything. Just one elevator working though out of three.
