Welcome to EP9T, a charming rooftop studio in a 1930s Athenian building full of character.
Fully equipped with all essentials, the apartment also features 24/7 hot water and guest-controlled heating — a rare convenience in Athens.

Guests can enjoy the greenery and neighbourhood views from the shared rooftop, while the small washing machine is shared with two other apartments.

The studio is accessed via an external metal staircase (two flights of stairs).

Located in Psirri, one of central Athens’ most lively and historic neighbourhoods, the apartment offers a unique blend of tradition and modern flair. Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri now features traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. The area is also known for its bold street art and neoclassical charm.

Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct connections to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri borders the Plaka district, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Liked: Cleanliness
The studio is fine and close to bars and restaurants. It was clean and the facilities worked. However this was one of the noisiest places I have stayed in. Multiple building works next door, trucks going pass the place all night, a bar on the corner that kicked out noisy customers at 0200. So if you want sleep this is not the place to stay.
