At the entrance of the building you will find a mail box that marked Vkbnb. Open the door and you will find the key box inside. Enter the code in the Key Box and remove the apartment keys. Ella Suite is located on the 3rd floor. Exit the elevator and turn left. Ella Suite is the door on the left and the doorbell is marked VKbnb.

For hot water please push up the switch on the electricity board that is in a down position. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning units and lights when leaving the apartment.
Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
