On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, including a master suite with a king-size bed and private bathroom, as well as a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and a three-sided fireplace. High-speed internet with UPS backup ensures stable connectivity. Enjoy filtered drinking water, an espresso machine with complimentary capsules, Smart LED TVs, and a Sonos sound system. A staircase leads to an inviting attic with two large beds and a bathroom with shower. Above, a private rooftop terrace awaits you for sunbathing or stargazing, equipped with sunbeds and an outdoor shower.
