Cozy Studio @ Kallithea is situated in a quiet neighbourhood close to to the center of Athens. With cultural centers, museums, cinemas and the vibrant center of Athens all just a stone through away.
Our Studio has all the comforts that you will need equipped with a double bed, sofa, air conditioning, and a bio ethanol fireplace. The Studio has a well equipped kitchen with a stove top and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. It is perfect for a couple or solo traveller.
The Cozy Studio @ Kallithea has access to all means of public transportation, with a minutes walk to the bus station towards Alimos / Glyfada, a 2 minute walk to the bus stop towards the center of Athens, a 22 minute walk to the Kallithea Train Station, a 7 minute ride to the Siggrou Fix subway station (metro) and a 13 minute ride to the Acropolis. It is also situated very near the sea.

Close the Key box door and shuffle the numbers of the code. Cozy Studio at Kallithea is located on the 4th floor. Exit the elevator and turn left and left again. It is the last apartment on the right hand side with the number 44. The door bell says ΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΙΚΟΥ. You can also watch the video below to show you where the Key Box is located.

For HOT WATER please push up the switch on the electricity board, that is in a down position. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning unit when leaving the apartment.
Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
