The house CasaMare is located in the 20 minutes drive from Athens airport and 45 minutes from the center of Athens and the Acropolis.Has an ideal location. The house is located on a quiet street but only 100m away from the central avenue and only 500m from the beach. Near the house is a park with a playground for the little ones to enjoy and a place for morning exercises for adults. On the central avenue just 1 minute walk from home, you will find many restaurants and cafes for your evening walk. A greengrocer, bakery, hairdresser and pharmacy are 100m away from the house. Large supermarket 100m from the house. Our house is an ideal place to relax The nearest beach is Kioski 500m. from the house, equipped with municipal umbrellas, there is also a cafe-restaurant near the beach. Access to the beach via an underground passage. The second beach of Agios Nikolaos with a beach bar with sun loungers and umbrellas is 800m away from the house. Also ideally connected to Athens by public transport. The stop of bus 122, which goes to the nearest Athens metro station Eliniko, is only 200 m from the house.
