This was downtown so I had to walk in. Streets were shut down to cars. The staff were pleasant, but room was very tiny, and they put me in the stairwell. Also across the alley from a rooftop bar, so it was loud until late. I accidentally left a blanket wrap…they made no attempt to reach out to return it. On the positive, I seriously overslept and they said nothing and there were no extra charges.
