The front desk team was able to help me out with my room check-in request. Big and clean room. The location is in central area and are just a few minutes drive away to the Museums. Great breakfast variety as well, which includes bacon, which is a very plus point to me.

We were not given the room with a view as I had reserved. The flooring outside the shower is rotted. The man that checked us in was not friendly or helpful upon arrival. His name was Emilio. The female supervisor, Katrina, was extremely friendly and very helpful. She actually took the time to explain to us how to get around.

Beside two strip joint, street was noisy, Mattress was very dirty, they swapped me to a different room, the mattress was still dirty but less dirty than first one. The bathroom of the second room, smelled like sewer, and was very damp. As a result I noticed the bathroom door wouldn’t close and it was due to the fact that water would not drain and rotten the wooden door. This is a 3 star hotel. Staff were decent

Perfect view of the acropolis and the breakfast was amazing. Transfer from the airport and to the cruise ship pier was easy to set up too!

Staff was super nice and helpful. Hotel was lovely, clean, up to date. Location was a little off because it is inbetween two strip clubs. Very loud on weekends. Other than that a great stay!

Rooms are really grand in size (comparing to other European hotels). Rooms marked with Acropolis view, are just a myth, you need binoculars to see Acropolis. Also this hotel is next to a strip club, we got room on 1st floor, there was very noisy music till 1am in the morning, could hardly sleep.

The customer service was amazing. Ivonna was so friendly and helpful, if I could give her all the Stars I would. The Property itself was nice however our bathroom did have water damage to the floor and door. Other than that my experience was amazing at this Property.

Air conditioner is not working, need to call receptionist then they switch on, it will work for 2 hours need to call them again, called them 3am, no sleep. Building next to it is strip club, you will hear noise until 1am. Avoid this place.
