So close to being perfect....

Room clean, air conditioning worked well and is conveniently located. Staff is friendly and helpful. I wish it was more eco-friendly, ie allowing towels to be re-used (there would probably need to be someplace to hang them first) and opting out of daily fresh sheets. My big irritation was that only paper cups were provided for the in-room coffee. The cups were too big to fit under the pod coffee machine and were too hot to handle when using the kettle. Also I had at least one of these paper cups leak on my, leaving water everywhere. It just gave the whole place an air of cheapness and penny-pitching that took away from the other ambience, such as the view from the roof top restaurant.

Thought we had breakfast included. If we wanted breakfast it would have been 22 euros a person per day. A little extravagant. Laundry is offered but not do it yourself, only they do it. That's fine if you don't mind other people doing your laundry. Worse was the party noise every night to 2:00 to 3:00 am from the square

The hotel location is perfect, close to Ermou and Stadiou streets which have lots of shops and restaurants. The Acropolis and Plaka are also within walking distance. We had great service and a very enjoyable stay.

When checking out did not receive our 20 percent off food and beverages purchased at hotel. Left early in the morning and staff member didn’t understand so paid full amount. Location was a bit noisy at times. Room was average to good.

Great stay, hotel very clean and tidy. Staff working mostly friendly. Breakfast OK but not for us personally. Rooftop bar not very busy some evenings we were the only people here, so lacking atmosphere. Perfect location for exploring the best parts of Athens. We would stay again.

Hotel was just okay.. I stayed for one night since I had to catch my flight early morning, and service could have been better. The receptionist was not welcoming, and it seemed like they pick and choose to see who they want to give a smile or a dull look at (I obviously got the “what do you need?” look). For the price I paid, this hotel was just whatever.
