The staff was wonderful and the location was great! Breakfast was good and the breakfast view was remarkable. I was disappointed with how noisy the street-side room was as far as sleeping. And, we chose this hotel because of the outdoor patio area for breakfast, and also for New Years, but the patio area was closed for remodel, which was a bummer.

First of all I would like to start with one positive thing about this hotel is the Acropolis view we got during our breakfast. But the bed room we got was so cramped up and even the powder room was tiny too. No space to walk between the bed. There was no dresser to put out things. There was a mirror that is in front of the sofa bed , so we could not use it as it was not enough space to stand in between. The room was too narrow. I was surprised to see how this hotel was a 5 star hotel. Bathroom or in the bed room there were no hooks to hang bathrobes, jackets etc. The room had thin walls and we booked a family room and they provided us only 1 earbud for all 4 of us to escape the noise outside coming out from night clubs. Next problem area is the bathroom. Whenever we took a shower the water splashed to the dry area of the floor, because of the design flaw. That was a huge slippery situation while getting in and out of the shower area. Also they only had a handheld shower , so you have to have one hand to hold the shower head to take a bath, No top shower head.

Giving the stay 5 stars, because the most important aspects of my stay were excellent: the room was comfortable and very quiet (which is fantastic, considering it's a very busy location), good bed, sheets, etc., the breakfast and the view - outstanding, the staff - excellent. There were a couple details I didn't like: - Paper cups in the room. For a nice hotel, this is not great. I went outside and bought a coffee mug for my stay. - No hair conditioner; instead they had a shampoo+conditioner in the same bottle. If you are a woman with long hair, this is not going to work. I actually regretted I didn't bring my own shampoo and conditioner. I didn't think I needed to for a good hotel.

The hotel was clean. The front desk was less than friendly at first. I think it was a clash between my exuberant American personality and their unwarranted formality. However, they were helpful and I very much enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. The food was good and it provided and excellent view of the Parthenon. The location is excellent. My guess is that they are trying to attract a high class clientele, but if so, work on the little things.

Hotel is in an excellent location, close to Metro and the best areas for shopping and eating and entertainment. Our sheets and towels were changed every day, the room was comfortable and a good size. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy the best of Athens.

A very nice hotel in the center of all tourist activities with many restaurants and shops. The room was very small but very clean. We were given a room that faces a side street so it was quiet. The bathroom is plain and could be better with better lighting, but it is very clean. There are many electrical outlets for charging your various chargers. All the employees we dealt with were very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay there.
