This 38 square metres loft style flat has just been renovated (June 2022) and the furniture is brand new. Isolating new windows and security doors included. The flat is situated in the most central and safe district of Athens surrounded by pedestrian streets so you can reach all the touristic places by foot. The flat is 400 metres away from Monastiraki train station which is a direct line that serves both the International Airport and the port of Piraeus that takes you to the islands.
This cute little flat can accommodate up to 2 guests with a double bed.
The location is one of the best in Athens: "Agias Eirinis' square. This little cute square is a hot spot of downtown Athens in Plaka. It is a place that will introduce you to the most hip aspect of Athens. The square, which stretches around the church with the same name above the central Athinas street, in the vicinity of Monastiraki district – a rather quiet spot until 2 years ago – keeps counting new entries. The old draper shops of the area were turned into trendy all-day spaces that are constantly crammed with people
