Gatherings:
Please respect the maximum number of guests indicated in your booking. Exceeding this limit will be considered a gathering. Most of our apartments do not allow gatherings; however, small visits from friends or family are welcome. Any exception must be approved in advance.

*IMPORTANT*: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below:

* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.
* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.
* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.
* 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.


Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.2 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily. This measure ensures fair usage and encourages conscientious energy practices, benefitting both our environment and your wallet.
