Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! Amazing experience that I had there. I recommend this property to everyone. A young lady and two gentleman's at front desk , they helped me with all questions I had about the hotel and around the city. Wonderful breakfast, roof garden restaurant was clean, lovely and cute. I travelling all over the world and this hotel was one of the best.

The hotel is completely disorganized. They called in advance threatening to cancel rooms. They kept changing the amount owed to the hotel. As we were trying to get in a car to catch a flight even to that minute they were adding on charges, literally chasing me to the car after I had checked out and paid. They told some guests breakfast was included, they charged others. Completely frustrating and felt very much like they were just constantly trying to get more money for nothing. Will never stay there again.

What I loved most about this hotel was the hospitality — it was phenomenal. Everyone was very respectful and professional The city could use some improvements, but the hotel itself was very nice.

Nice Hotel - Dodgy Area

Everything inside the hotel was excellent - clean comfortable room, good breakfast and facilities. Sadly what you don’t realise when booking is that the area around the hotel is very dodgy with plenty of suspicious characters. The local tube staff said this area the hotels are cheaper as no one wants to stay in this part of Athens. Take a taxi to the door and do not walk out at night

The staff were all friendly and the rooms were clean. The elevator can be slow during high traffic times because there are only two for less than 5 people each. The breakfast was included and was good - you eat on the rooftop which was a nice way to get morning sun. The air conditioning in the rooms are not cold by American standards. We were very hot each night and the AC was locked at 18 C or 64 F, but felt like 22 C or 72 F in reality. The hotel is on the edge of a rough neighborhood, but so long as you walk towards the Acropolis and stick to the main, lighted routes, we found it safe.

Overall the hotel was nice, it was on the smaller side. They don't have face towels, which annoyed me, we had to use hand towels to wash our bodies. The area around the hotel is really ran down. Not aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

They upgraded me to a room with a balcony. The rooms were clean and updated. The bathroom was also nice. The amenities provided in the bathroom were great as well. I took a scooter to places around the hotel. Plenty of transportation options available as well as restaurants. Can't go wrong at all.

Hidden Gem in the heart of Athens

Perfect two night stay after cruise. Located in a very central location to the sea and air terminals also surrounded by great coffee, food shops and attractions. We will definitely be returning here on our next trip to Athens.

Ask for the extras

The hotel itself is fine—clean and comfortable, with efforts to create a pleasant experience and a good breakfast. However, I had two negative incidents that I believe should be addressed. First, during breakfast, I ordered two espressos. Only afterwards was I informed that these were not included in the breakfast and I was charged €10. I was told that only filter coffee was included. The issue is that no one mentioned this when I ordered, which felt misleading and left a bad impression. Second, at checkout I asked the reception to call me a taxi. The driver, from the company they used, told me after we departed that there called the centre and was informed there there was a minimum charge of €12 because the hotel takes a commission. My ride was very short and been only €4 on the meter. As a local, I know that I could have just hailed a taxi outside for the normal fare. Again, I was not informed of this extra cost in advance, which felt unreasonable. If I had known about these hidden charges, I would not have agreed. Both incidents left me disappointed, as they undermined what could otherwise have been a very good stay.

This hotel was really nice and super close to sights like the Acropolis and Museums. It is close to many food options, everything you need is in walking distance. The laundry facilities offered at the Hotel are outrageously expensive, but there is a laundry mat down the street. One thing to keep in mind, this hotel is not really in the safest area. Nights are noisy and there is crime. The hotel itself is nice and feels safe, just don't go out at night.
