Had a great stay at the property. Was in a central area close to a lot of things by walking. The room was clean with great amenities. The only issue I had was being able to access the Terrace, which I didn't consider a big deal as we were out exploring most of the time,

Access to the hotel is through a code, and through another code you’ll get your access card to your room. Since there’s no staff we couldn’t ask for late check out or leave our luggage. Other than that the property is really great! Well maintained, clean and extremely well located.

Communicating through email, was fine and the staff responded quickly... i needed an answer quickly for an early check-in and I had a local friend. Help me call them directly and speak to them. And they were able to accommodate the early check in but that was with a friend of mine who knew who to call..
