A great deal in an excellent location. I loved it but the spouse felt the opposite. Room was well appointed and we were greeted by a great employee who saved us by finding a driver to the airport during a taxi strike. Our issues: (1) unattended by any staff after normal hours, (2) very unappealing entrance and steep stairs to access reception; and (3) a loud store alarm went off repeatedly from 1 am to 6 am so we never really got any sleep. I assume this was a rare moment but…

We cannot say enough about not only the wonderful hotel room (which was so spacious and comfortable), but the customer service of both Demetris and Matt made this stay memorable! Demetris communicated both before and during our stay, and helped us with transportation, restaurant recommendations, and with our bags up the steps! So warm and welcoming! Highly recommend this place to stay!

The executive suite was spacious and modern. Nice rain shower and his and hers bathroom space. Check in was a breeze. We were grateful to be accommodated and allowed in our room at 10am. Hosts were gracious, helpful and friendly. Also, this is in a prime location for shopping, food and site seeing. Steps away from the Acropolis, Olympic Stadium, Syntagma Square, Ancient Agora, etc. and various cafes. Free wifi. 1 bottle of wine included if you book the suite.

Super quality property with fantastic people at the front desk. Close to food, shopping and exploring, this is the ideal location in the Plaka area. Had great communication prior to our stay, assisted with restaurants options and final transportation arrangements to the pier. I cannot recommend this property enough.

The front desk staff (Dimitri, as I remember) was by far the best part of our stay. He was friendly and very helpful. The aparthotel is located in a walkable part of Athens, close to shopping and restaurants. We were only there for a short stay and appreciated that the walk to the Acropolis museum was a short 7 minutes. There were many negatives to the room, however. It wasn’t very clean, there were no outlets in the bathroom, and there was also no privacy there. The worst experience regarding our room was the lack of hot water on our last night and morning. We had spent a long day at the Acropolis and were ready for a nice hot shower when we returned to no hot water. We took cold showers and expected to have hot water the following morning, and again, found none. This hotel is listed as a luxury hotel but in no way does it meet this description. It is a perfectly functional hotel in a good location that is lacking in cleanliness, privacy, organization and sometimes hot water. I wish I would’ve dug a bit deeper in the reviews before booking.

Wondering staff, very kind and helpful. Comfortable bed, location was perfect, would definitely stay again. Only issue is stairs and I have bad knees, but I would still stay again. Lovely.

Best thing-the location.On a pedestrian only street, with about 20 very good restaurants nearby. Great communication with owners on e-mails. Building needs some work-plus rooms are looking shabby.The small square safe was loose and not attached to anything! Robes were old and frayed.One little bath towel each.The toilet has a glass see-through sliding door on it, and the bathroom does not have any doors on it! Intimate, cozy and friendly bathroom experience!!

The only negative was that we had no hot water at all .. by the time we figured it out there was no one at reception ; check in person was exceptional ; cabs cannot take you directly in front of building during day so you have to walk with your suitcases on a narrow busy street
