Recently renovated 1 BR/1BA condo located within 10-15 minute walk to Sanford Stadium and very close to campus and downtown Athens. Off street parking (very unusual for being this close to campus). Spacious, clean and quiet, with our unit 100% available to you during your stay. Includes fully-equipped modern kitchen and new bathroom with walk-in shower. Sleeps four with king bed in spacious bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Includes fast wireless internet and large flat screen television in living room with free streaming tv services (including YouTube TV and Netflix). Also available during your stay is a stackable washer/dryer. First floor condo has back porch overlooking secluded grass lawn area - very quiet, but still close to everything Athens!

The location was great. Bed was super comfortable. Amenities were clean and well stocked. The only one complaint was hearing the person in apt above walking, but there is nothing that the owners can do about that. We would definitely stay here again.
