Wow! High class, great service, great food, amazing staff! From the time we set foot on property, we were treated like royalty! The room was large and well appointed. The canopy bed was something! Do note that the location is up on the hill/mountain so you will most likely need transportation (e.g., taxi) to get there. You can easily find a taxi at Atami Station. I guess you can walk but it's pretty steep. Walking down is not a problem unless you have luggage in tow. We walked down the next day with no issues.

Wonderfully warm welcome by the staff, who took excellent care of us throughout the visit. Convenient central location despite slightly inconvenient access up a steep hillside โ€” but the beautiful view made it worthwhile. Everything about the hotel was calming and serene. Great property! I go in excellent shape only walking to and from it daily. Steep walk (okay for me Iโ€™m 34) but if you were older or have any trouble walking, a taxi is for sure needed.

We hughly enjoyed our stay. The room and bathhroom were spacious and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, including preparing our room early. It is about a 20 min walk (uphill) from the town, so you may want to rent a car or be prepared to take taxis to and from.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, the indoor hot springs was exactly what I wanted along with a view of the Fireworks. I gave a 4 to the convenience of shopping is you are up a hillside, but they can call you a ride and and is very easy to get. You can walk but itโ€™s a one lane and can be scary, so I would just call a ride. Even checking out was a pleasure, your team at Resort work very hard and it was an amazing experience. Thank you very much.
