Booked an oceanview room. Check in girl that served me was unfriendly but all the other staff were good. The view of the ocean was obscured by a tree and was on the first floor so very disappointed. I asked for a higher floor to get the view but same check in girl was unhelpful. Said nothing available without even looking at her computer. Maybe she doesn’t like Westerners. Otherwise it’s a nice place and the buffets were excellent.

Big Hotel caters to local travelers. The rooms are Japanese style, buffet serves Japanese food. Nice baths, easy to find and they give you the ride to the train station on demand. Try it for a night.

最上階で海が目の前に見えた事、部屋が新しくて清潔で気持ちよく利用できた事、食事のバイキングが種類が多くて良かった。 露天風呂までが外を歩かなきゃならないのが少し残念でした。 １人追加になった事にもすぐ対応してくれて良かった。

大幅なリノベをするようだが、施設が古く、廊下や部屋がしみ込んだ古い臭いがした。温泉も露天1つと内風呂が別で、男女時間で入れ替え制。内風呂のサウナは1つしかなく、水風呂も無し。内風呂は洗い場と湯船の動線悪く、写真は綺麗だったが、実物はイマイチで残念。ビュッフェも目玉的なものが無く、熱海だけど海鮮も種類少なくイマイチでした。 wifiも無し。

スタッフの差が凄過ぎて・・・ホテルはホスピタリティ頑張って！

客室、露天風呂、景色、食事は最高でしたが駐車場のおじさんの態度が物凄く悪くビックリしました！（命令系で言いっ放し御礼も無くホテル！？ホスピタリティー！？の言葉とは縁遠い物凄く気分が悪いままの入館になってしまいました。）12：30頃の施設はどんよりしていてスタッフも暗く活気を維持するには連泊するにはランチ等があったり日帰り入湯出来るシステムがあればと思いました。外観とは違い室内がとても綺麗だったのとレストランが良いのにこのお値段はとても良かったのでまた来たいと思いましたが11月で一度休館との事残念に思います。色々改善して頑張って頂きたいです！

夕飯のブッフェがもう少し豪華だと嬉しいです。 少なくなったご飯の交換や下膳などは素早くて良かったです。自家製アップルパイがとても美味しかったです。 大浴場はとても広く洗い場場や脱衣所がとても綺麗でスキンケアアメニティも多く、色々楽しめました。
