Lovely location of the hotel which is on a small island surrounded by the Nile river. A ferry is available 24/7 every 30 minutes. The hotel has multiple swimming pools and numerous restaurants. We ate at the Italian restaurant, excellent service. The hotel room we occupied was large with 2 double beds.

Beautiful hotel on an island on the Nile. The staff is friendly, the food was good, the amenities were great! Shopkeepers were perfect for all your Egyptian souvenir needs. Yacub in the jewelry store is an amazing man that loves his customers! Spend some time talking jewelry and stay for the tea.

The hotel is beautiful and has amazing views and amenities. The staff is amazing specially the concierge Mustafa who took care of us, picked us up personally at the boat and helped us with our cruise and tours. Best services, knowledge and efficiency. You should also visit his store to shop for oils and herbs.

I was worried after reading the reviews, but we had a junior suite, the room was perfect. Yes might have been a little dated but the view was amazing, the staff were amazing. We were able to book a few things they helped with. We arrived late and the boat to get there was still running.

This property is under rated. Yes its a bit dated and a few things are out of order but PLEASE look past the little deficiencies and come enjoy this wonderful place The location is wonderful and the hotel shuttle boats(FREE) make it really convenient for getting downtown
