Villa della Marca is a spacious villa situated a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps ten people. From Villa della Marca you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of the greenery. Villa della Marca is 700 square meters (7500 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Assisi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.3 km (roughly 1400 yards), a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the bus stop at 250 meters (820 feet). You will reach Villa della Marca from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa della Marca. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Additionally, the villa boasts a large multi-functional family room (that can also be used, on request, for hosting small ceremonies or special events) and a cellar, perfect for enjoying the finest wines (for a fee).


Upon request and for a fee, you will also have the opportunity to hire a personal chef, require in villa massage service, take part in wine tastings, book ballon rides.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the valley and of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
Patio 1
The first patio is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a stonework barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by imposing trees. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the swimming pool and of the greenery.
Family room
You will be able to enter the family room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a pool table and a football table. In this room you will also find a satellite smart TV. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. They include two sofas. In the family room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker and a two-burner ceramic cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests. From the family room you will be able to enter the first patio and the garden through four French doors. The room has a glass wall. The family room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the family room.
Laundry room

From the living room you will be able to enter the second patio and the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a stone arched opening. It is equipped with a five-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the kitchen three French doors will take you to the second patio and the garden. The room also has three glass walls, as well as three small windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
