The property had everything we needed. It was very clean, everything worked well, and it was in a lovely location. Particularly enjoyed the shaded patio area for meals. Would not hesitate to recommend it and would happily stay there again. The property manager was excellent and ensured that everything ran smoothly.

We liked it very much

The villa “Il Paradiso Assisi” corresponded exactly to our ideas. It was clean, well equipped and very well maintained. The contact with the agency (Saskia) and the owner (Michela) was excellent. We would rent the villa again for the next holidays.

Week at Paradiso

Lovely location although be prepared for a some rough track before arriving, worth it. Peaceful & rural - lovely fire which unfortunately was needed most days. Good value.

A fantastic week at the top of paradiso

The villa offered great views, a tranquil location, tasty pizzas cooked in the wood fire oven, a decent sized pool in good condition, comfortable beds and a well equipped living area. We really enjoyed our week at the villa. Silvia was really quick in responding to all of our queries. Highly recommended.

A real paradise near Assisi

Beautiful place to be. New kitchen was placed and everything was very clean. Nice big swimmingpool. Almost on top of the hill and a quiet environment. We had a good communication/action with Sylvia the owner. House is close to Assisi. (15 min by car)

A great oasis in the middle of the green heart of Italy

A really great house, and a fantastic garden with a terrific pool. Combined with the waving green surroundings makes it a great place. The ad and pictures doesn’t lie, if anything it’s better than the pictures. The information received prior to arrival is very useful. Everything is 5 stars. Unfortunately we visited the house in one of the hottest periods and one of the main reasons for us choosing this place, was the aircon. It didn’t work, which made it impossible to sleep in the bedrooms and we therefore tried to sleep all together in the same room in the lover level, which was cooler but not made for sleeping. The host and bureau made a lot of efforts in fixing the problems, and there was a fine communication. Had the aircon worked it would without a doubt be a top top experience. But since it unfortunately didn’t we haven’t got what we payed for, and thus can’t give the experience the review it otherwise deserves. But if everything works, it has my recommendation - incredible place. PS: the “local” restaurant (down the road) is by far the worst restaurant experience we’ve had in Italy - take the time and go the extra 5 mins to Assisi where there’s plenty of really good places. But that’s got nothing to do with the Villa 😉

Prachtig verblijf

Wij verbleven van 8 tot 13 september in Il Paradiso in de buurt van Assisi. Fantastische locatie waarin je volwaardig tot rust kunt komen en kunt genieten van de mooie Italiaanse natuur. Het enige minpuntje was dat op de dag van check-in bleek dat de eigenaars dachten dat wij pas de volgende dag zouden arriveren. Mits enige vertraging kwam alles wel vlot in orde. De eigenaars waren bijzonder vriendelijk.

Wunderschöne Location im stillen Paradies

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, das Haus war sehr sauber und die Bilder auf der Homepage zeigen auch sehr schön, wie es tatsächlich vor Ort aussieht. Lediglich der fehlende, private Kinderspielplatz mit Rutsche und Schaukel wurde leider entfernt - Schaukel war wohl kaputt - was für unsere Kleine ein Highlight gewesen wäre. Und der Billardtisch ist leider mehr ein Kunstobjekt aber für Laien okay. Die Duschen im Haus haben bedauerlicherweise einen geringen Wasserdruck aber man konnte im Erdgeschoss einigermaßen gut duschen. Der Pool ist unglaublich schön - ideal auch zum Schwimmen - und der Blick in die grüne Berglandschaft ist ein Traum. Nach Assisi braucht man mit dem Auto nur ca. 15 min, was sehr praktisch ist. Spaziergänge mit Kind würden wir nicht empfehlen, da es viele freilaufende Hunde gibt, die einen bis zum Haus verfolgen/begleiten und nicht scheu sind - mit Buggy und 5 Hunden kein schönes Erlebnis für die Kleine aber da kann die Villa nichts für. Dennoch würden wir in einer kleinen Gruppe auch wieder kommen und können die Villa bei gutem Wetter im Sommer sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank und alles Gute weiterhin!

Séjour magnifique

Merveilleuse maison qui correspond aux photos et à la description. Pas de clim mais toujours fraîche grâce aux murs épais. Les chambres sont confortables, la cuisine bien équipée. La piscine quant à elle est sublime et donne à voir un merveilleux panorama. L’orientation et la situation à flanc de colline fait en revanche que le soleil disparaît à partir de 17:30. L’occasion d’aller se balader à Assise juste à côté. Nous reviendrons sans l’ombre d’un doute.
