We liked the private suite by Chiesa Nuova. Great location and lovely room. Concierge was very helpful and delivered our bags to our room when we arrived an hour before check-in. Little confused on the room reset process, didn’t get new bath towels during 3-night stay. Overall it was a very great experience though!

The room was only ok. I was a bit disappointed that the room I booked was NOT the room I received. When questioned the staff member at desk really didn’t have much of an explanation for me. Our stay was only one evening and was not worth the headache of a dispute. We are a family of four and our double Bed was comfortable however the 2 small pull out twin couches for our teenage daughter were VERY uncomfortable. We LOVED Assisi and the views were breathing. I would definitely try another hotel next time we visit.

Great place for a family stay

We stayed here for one night after a wedding nearby. We loved it and would stay again on a future trip. The family room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very considerate of storing our considerable amount of luggage before we left Assisi for our flight.
