Private studio-style space in Assis, all brand new, ideal for those seeking practicality and comfort. First floor, open-plan apartment with a two-door wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen, 65" Smart TV, powerful air conditioning, and workspace. It has a separate entrance, private garage, and complete privacy. With a total of 60 m², including the garage and private outdoor area, our space accommodates up to 5 people with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and 1 sofa bed. The location is strategic: quick access to the main highways (Raposo Tavares, towards Paraguaçu, Marília, and Londrina) in up to 5 minutes by car. We are just 3 blocks (3 minutes walk) from FEMA college and Dom Antônio Avenue, with its extensive commerce. UNESP college is also nearby, about 1.5 km away (15 to 20 minutes walk). Hygiene Products: For your convenience, I provide toilet paper and a complimentary kit with soaps for the first day of your stay. After this period, the replenishment of personal hygiene items, linens, and cleaning products will be the responsibility of the guest or subject to a charge. Extra charge. Laundry service will be available upon request for an extra fee. Notice: For security and to ensure private check-in and check-out, the front of the house and the entire garage are monitored by cameras. After booking, if you do not receive your access code, please contact the Host via chat or phone.
