Outdoors, enjoy a large, shaded, wooded plot of 8,700 m², perfect for relaxing in nature. A spacious 42 m² terrace lets you spend quality time with family or friends, equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, sun loungers, and a 6-person Jacuzzi for moments of relaxation.



The house has two levels. On the ground floor: entrance hall with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with bread oven, and a living/dining area with sofa, TV, hi-fi, table, and chairs, with direct access to the terrace. Two bedrooms with outdoor access (2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 baby bed, roller shutters) and a bathroom with WC complete this level.



Upstairs, on the mezzanine: a bedroom (queen bed, skylight with blind, wooden shutter, blackout curtains) and a bathroom with WC.



Wi-Fi is available. Not accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Parking is available on the property.
