Cozy cottage near the beautiful beach, Sandager Næs.



Welcome to this cozy vacation home on two levels. Arrive here with your extended family and feel right at home. Enjoy the view from the first floor through the large picture windows into the beautiful garden with terraces. While you can host cookouts on the lower floor, the upper floor, with two balconies, offers you a cozy living room overlooking the Little Belt. Look forward to spending sunny hours in the garden, playing with your children on the lawn and gazing at the sea.



After breakfast, grab your beach bag and walk the few meters to the beautiful sandy beach with shallow water and bathing jetty. The beach is also very popular with kite surfers. Drive a few kilometers south and you will find Assens with a nice shopping area and a pleasant atmosphere. Here you can eat well and in the forests around Assens Stadium and Brunebjerg you will find several good mountain bike trails. At Assens bowling center there are eight bowling lanes and an indoor playground that will bring pleasure to young and old.

Die Lage des Hauses ist top. Man kann vom Grundstück und den Balkonen aus, zu zwei Seiten auf das Wasser schauen und ist in nichtmal 5 Minuten am Strand. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen Spiel-/Bolzplatz für die Kinder und die Siedlung ist sehr sauber.Die Siedlungsstraße runter gibt es einen kleinen Campingplatz, wo es einen kleinen Kiosk und Kinderattraktionen gibt.Die Kommunikation bzgl. Anreise und Abreise war auch gut und hat reibungslos funktioniert.Wir hatten einen kleinen Hund dabei, der sich im Haus super zurecht gefunden hat und der auch willkommen war.Leider ist das Haus schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Einrichtung ist schon älter, bis auf die Küche. Also eher funktional, als gemütlich, wodurch leider nur bedingt Urlaubsfeeling im Haus aufkam.An manchen Stellen, wurde es mit der Sauberkeit zudem leider nicht so genau genommen (Spinnenweben,Staub)
