Great scenery, otherwise disappointing.

We traveled as a family for a weekend and stayed over two nights at Kangelani Lodge. We did not get any formal check in process and had to get a key from one of the cleaners. The same process at check out occurred, with no management around and only a cleaner to take my key back. Overall the property is beautiful, but it seems they lean on the scenery to keep their 4-star rating. The crockery at breakfast is chipped and it seems the attention to small details and service is just not there. Our stay was okay, nothing social and nothing horrible, but we would not necessarily recommend this place to others. I'm sure there are much better places in the area.

Super tolles Hotel, sehr netter Service, toll!

Wir waren mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern im Hotel und hatten ein tolles Haus ganz für uns allein. Sehr sauber, sehr netter Service und das Abendessen - einfach toll! Das Frühstück übrigens auch. Ein sehr großes, gepflegtes Grundstück.
