With a capacity for 4 people, 2 spacious bedrooms with two beds (one in 140 and one in 120), a bathroom with bath, separate toilet, equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven grill, microwave, filter coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc.), flat screen TV, free WiFi, electric and / or wood heating (open fireplace), veranda, outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue, parking .


Ideally located, it offers the possibility of numerous hikes from the gîte.
It is 2 minutes from the river, 5 minutes from the spa town of Vals-les-Bains (with its thermal treatments, its Olympic swimming pool, its Sunday morning market, its Casino), 15 minutes from the village of Jean Ferrat (Antraigues sur Volane).
But also close to the Ardéchoise mountain (Mont Gerbier de rush, the Ray Pic waterfall, Issarles lake, Mont Mézenc, Saint Martial lake…), and the Vallon pont d'Arc tourist site (with its Chauvet cave, its Pont d'Arc, its canyoning and caving activities).

The little extra offering the gîte:

The balance must be paid on the day the keys are handed over.

The cottage does not provide sheets or towels (possibility to rent them at an additional cost of 30 €). It is however equipped with duvets, pillows and bolsters.
