Riverview Condos are six blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. Condo amenities include a wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV in the main living area, a barbecue grill on the river deck, and a washer/dryer.

Complex amenities at the Riverview Condominiums include a heated pool, hot tub*, and on-site free parking. Guests receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
