Beautiful property located at the base of Aspen Highlands. Ski-in / ski-out located immediately next to the Exhibition ski lift. Ski concierges help you with your ski equipment and bring you water or offer you sun screen, really great service! They'll even store your skis and boots overnight, drying your boots for you overnight!

The unit is very large (2 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath) and can comfortably sleep 6. Two bedrooms have king beds with en suite bathrooms. Full kitchen, dining room and living room with cable and free Wi-Fi. Cook dinners in your unit with the fireplace lit and Bose stereo playing in the background. Beds are extremely comfortable, every amenity as would be expected by the Ritz-Carlton. Washer & dryer in unit.

Beautiful outdoor pool and whirlpool at the base of the mountain and immediately outside of the lobby. Great restaurant and room service located immediately inside the hotel and Highlands Village is immediately adjacent to the hotel with other restaurants and shops, ski rentals and equipment available. Family room in the basement with toys for kids, beautiful spa and fitness center for adults.

Also, great for families, includes access to the wonderful Aspen community center, with swimming pools, including zero depth entry and fun toys for young ones, water slide, climbing walls, sledding hill, etc. located just down the street. Take a day or two off from skiing to enjoy this amazing center with your family.

Take the free shuttle every 30 minutes for a short ride into downtown Aspen. You don't need a car, given how easy the shuttle is. They will even pick you up at Aspen Airport for no charge.

Ritz-Carlton will charge a $75/day resort fee, flat fee per day per unit regardless of the number of guests. This can be paid via credit card upon arrival.
