Cottonwoods Unit 2F is an economy-rated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium conveniently located on the western edge of Aspen's downtown core. This spacious unit offers a comfortable and inviting layout, with generous living and dining areas ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the mountains.

The condo features charming rustic touches, including exposed wood ceiling beams and a living room accented with brick and pine, creating a warm mountain ambiance. Oversized windows throughout the space invite in abundant Colorado sunshine while offering pleasant views of Aspen Mountain and the surrounding area.

Guests will appreciate the full kitchen, dining area for six, and a cozy wood-burning brick fireplace. Awesome Condo -Walking distance to town and slopes

Really loved our stay! It had an old school Aspen chic flair, was super clean, and quite spacious for a group of 3. Lots of towels provided too and the hosts were super responsive to every message.

Cozy, clean, and convenient location

Had a great stay at the Cottonwoods, the condo was clean and had essential appliances. The location was great, within walking distance to all the Aspen attractions. Hosts were very responsive and the check-in process was seamless. Will definitely be staying here again in future visits.

Great condo close to downtown!

The condo is perfect for a group and close to downtown. It is no frills but a good base for skiing all day. The sofa bed is slightly uncomfortable but ok for a weekend!

Retro Ski throw back stay

Just enjoy it. The place is clean. The amenities are what you’d expect from a property of this age. Master bed was comfortable. Twin beds were described as sleeping on a seesaw. Property management company provides outstanding service. Location is ideal for those comfortable for walking a few blocks to the action downtown. We had a great time and would come back again.

Nice stay at Aspen

The apartment is clean, quite spacious, and in a great location: easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the music festival tent. (Also, it is quite affordable, at least for Aspen standards...) Check in/out was efficient and convenient. We will certainly consider it again for future stays!

good location, needs updating

needs updating, old bathrooms, many plugs are super loose (plug falls out or doesn't work) and need replacement, no plugs available near dressers (need a cord to a plug bank on each dresser). Has newer carpet and sofa. Good location and very clean.

Good location, old but comfortable

We stayed here in the fall and had a nice time. It was comfortable, but definitely older; the pictures are accurate. Free parking was easy, just behind the building. The location was fantastic and we could walk everywhere in Aspen. Note that there's nice light during the day, but the interior lighting is not great. Overall, we were happy with our long weekend stay because of the great location and large communal living space.

Only as a last resort

The heat in the unit does not work properly. The temperatures only got to 62 degrees in the condo. Maintenence told us it's just the way it is. Unacceptable. We ended up having to leave a day early because we could not let our kids stay in a home that could not get heated. The property is very dated. For the price that you pay, this unit should be in much better shape. The dishwasher smells horribly of fish when run. Extremely disappointed. Would not stay here ever again.
