The hot spring is good and 13 kinds of sauna are very nice. There are also mini zoo and strawberries farm therein. Good to stay there with kids.

ロイヤルゾーンで静かに快適に過ごせました。 露天風呂が広くて、寒すぎてダッシュで1個1個廻りました。 暖かい時期に行きたいと思いました。 バイキングは、馬刺しも食べれて、イチゴもすごく甘くとても 美味しかったです。

パーキング場から受付までの距離が長く、子連れで荷物の多かった私たちは手押し車を借りましたが小さくて安定もよくなく坂道や急な曲がり角も多く部屋までは階段もあり、はっきり言ってこの段階でこの宿泊施設に対する感情は最悪でした。 宿泊代が高いのは付随しているファームランドのアクティビティーも含まれているのかと思いましたが少しの割引はあるもののすべてのアクティビティーが別料金。 おまけにチェックインが4時なのにほとんどのアクティビティは4時半から５時には全て終わってしまい4時過ぎにファームランドの外から見えていた動物との触れ合いを楽しみにしていた孫は実際その場に行った時はもう動物は檻の中に入れられていて全く見ることができずとても残酷な仕打ちをしてしまったと心が痛みました。 私がもっとじっくり調べていればこんなかわいそうな思いをさせなくて済んだのでしょうが、とにかくとても最悪な気持ちでした。 翌日も飛行機の関係で開園まで待つこともできず何のためにここに泊まったのかと後悔しています。 ただ、お風呂はたくさんあって孫も楽しみました。

主打家庭樂但不尊重小孩的酒店

房間有異味，好像日久失修，訂兩大人一小童入住只得兩個枕頭，前台說不提供額外枕頭，以前從來冇試過呢個經驗，很不尊重小朋友。兒童遊樂設施殘舊，每項會額外收費。晚餐種類多，好食，但早餐一般。值得讃的是溫泉區，有室內及室外，每個池都有其特色。但如果用這個價錢，就很不值得! 也不會介紹給朋友朋友!

健康をセールスポイントにしているのにたばこ部屋があったり、喫煙コーナーがあったりするのはどうかと思いました。 あと、子供が喜びそうなアクティビティもあったのですが、ほぼすべて有料（別料金）でした。丸いドームでの宿泊はいい経験でしたが、もう少し価格が低いと良かったと思いました。あと、ドーム（宿泊棟）が広範囲に広がっているので足腰の弱い方にはどうかと思いました（巡回バスもありましたけど）。雨の日は結構濡れるので要注意です。悪くはありません。ただ、価格も３分の2くらいなら良かったと思います。

Parking to check-in lobby is a bit far, lobby to room is a bit far and slope u see the cold and rainy day, only a few rooms occupied in our area, I wish the hotel staff could arrange a closer room for us with big luggage, stroller and a kid. Room inside is comfortable, but staff in check-in lobby is not very helpful. (Can not provide solution for luggage sending for other hotel and train info)

阿蘇農莊是一家非常適合有小朋友入住的酒店。 但這里没有任何服務，而這家酒店面積非常大，如果你入住的房不在入口 附近可能會非常辛苦。 這家的溫泉以理療溫泉為主，非常多藥材。有特色。 而早晚自助餐非常豐富，以當地食材為主。晚上有新鮮草莓任吃免費。 附近的玩樂設施非常，親子非常好

ひとつひとつの建物になっていてとてもワクワク感があった。少し駐車場から遠かったり、フロントからお部屋までが遠かったりするので、部屋によっては不便かも。お菓子なども買い込んでおかないとコンビニ的なお店もすぐに閉まってしまうの注意。とても楽しく過ごせた。

土曜日1泊の宿泊予定でやっと予約出来たのがロイヤルゾーンの禁煙ツインルームで阿蘇健康火山温泉と健康温熱窯十三種がフリーパスで二食付きのチケットでした。ヴィレッジゾーンよりも少し料金が高くなりますが、1室ずつ低い塀で区画分けがしてあり高級感があります。使用してはいませんが、玄関前スペースにテーブルが置いてあり大変良い演出です。ロイヤルゾーンの街並みも綺麗です。ゾーン内の歩道にはゴムチップのクッション材が貼られていて、歩きやすくて疲れにくく、滑り止めにもなっています。ドームの天井は高さがあるので圧迫感はありません。空調は壁掛け式のエアコンで室内暖房は十分でした。バスタブとトイレはドーム内のベッドルームと仕切られたスペースでユニットのバス・トイレではありません。換気はありますが冷暖房の空調はありません。冬季の入浴は空間が広いので少し寒いかもしれません。トイレットペーパーの回る音がベッドで聞こえます。遮音対策は、今ひとつのようです。今回は火山温泉と温熱窯を使いました。火山温泉の内風呂にサウナがあります。露天風呂にの蒸気サウナが２ヶ所と他のサウナもあります。露天風呂の数も多いので全て回るには時間がかかります。露天風呂の最奥部にビレッジゾーンの夜景が見れるオープンスペースがありますが、夜はたいへん寒いです。また露天風呂に行くの通路に貼られている滑り止めのシートが非常に痛いです。足裏の刺激には良いのかもしれないです？温熱窯は、蒸気式サウナではなく熱くないので子供たちも入れます。利用者が少なかったのでストレスなく入れました。１時間くらいで十三窯を回ったので、途中に休憩をとって２時間くらいかけてゆっくりと回る方が良いです。おすすめの入り方もありますのでそちらをご参考にしてください。またビレッジゾーンは広いので、時間制限がありますが１５分間隔くらいでマイクロバスがフロント近くまで運行されていますので、レストランや火山温泉から遠いところでも大丈夫です。フロント近くにコンビニがありますが、夕方から４時間くらいしか開いていないので必要なものは早めに購入することおすすめします。ここの宿泊は初めてですが、日本人家族連れの方とアジア圏の団体旅行の方が多かったですね。食事は、朝食はビュッフェ形式で和洋食があり質・量ともに十分だと思います。夕食はバイキングまたは焼肉の２コースだったのでバイキングにしました。焼肉コースのお肉は赤牛となっていました。バイキングの質・量ともに十分でしたが、簡単な郷土料理が一品あると良いと思います。料理が無くなることはありませんでしたが、宿泊者が多かったので、会場は少し煩かったです。普段は気にもせず食事していますが、ここは健康テーマパークを謳ってあり、食品のカロリー等も表示されていたのは、良いと思います。日毎にメニューが入れ替わるのかもしれないですが、連泊の方は少し飽きるのではないでしょうか。 なお、２０１６年の熊本地震で国道５７号線が一部通行止めの区間があるので迂回路はありますが、帰路が日曜日でもあったので渋滞していました。また行きたいと思います。
