The property offers a fully private summer house with its own terrace and garden, while enjoying shared access to a jetty by the fjord — perfect for relaxing and taking walks, swimming, sunbathing, exploring the fjord by sea kayak or SUP, or taking small boat trips to nearby islands and charming coastal towns. A perfect balance of privacy and seaside living.

There are two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:

One bedroom with a double bed for two
A second bedroom with a double bed for two, as well as an additional upper bunk suitable for one

For added flexibility, the living room features a sofa bed, and there is also the option to place a tent in the garden if needed. A travel cot for a baby is available upon request.

The house includes a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, along with a compact fridge and separate freezer, providing everything required for a comfortable stay.

The living area is fitted with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even on warm summer days.

The home comfortably accommodates up to five guests and is best suited for those seeking a calm and intimate retreat — with easy access to life by the water.

The property offers a private terrace and garden, creating a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The terrace is fully covered by a large awning, allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining and long summer evenings in both sun and shade.

Guests also benefit from shared access to a jetty by the fjord, perfect for morning swims, quiet moments by the water, and experiencing the unique charm of the Oslofjord.

All available at a reasonable price — perfect for exploring the fjord at your own pace. Spend your days relaxing and swimming from the jetty, exploring the fjord by sea kayak or SUP, or taking small boat trips to nearby islands and charming coastal towns.

We offer separate complimentary rental of a 6 hp dinghy against a refundable security deposit. The deposit covers any insurance excess in case of damage and is fully refunded if the boat is returned in the same condition.

Use of the dinghy is not included in the booking, but can be arranged separately free of charge against a refundable security deposit.
