Great small hotel

The hotel was a good night stay. The food in the bar/ restaurant was great. The only thing was it didn’t do breakfast, they is a really nice cafe across the road that make a great breakfast. Rooms were well spacious and had been nicely decorated I would recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our two night stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff and manager Dave were really friendly and chatty went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Very good value for money. Staff were very nice. Checked in early. We walked down to the tram in Ashton and took the tram to the City game (25 mins). Made it very easy. Room condition was good and spacious.

Nice and pleasant

Stayed for 1 night as part of a business trip. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very nice and comfortable but was a little cold due to the change in weather. The food in the bar was nice and reasonably priced. There is no hot breakfast served and only a limited "continental" breakfast in the room but that was not an issue for me as it was a one night stay.
