Our favorite place to stay when we come to town. The hotel is so clean and the staff is great. All employees from front desk, breakfast room, bartenders and house cleaning are so kind. We surly will be back!!!!

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are luxurious with soft comfy beds, nice pillows and nespresso machine in your room. The view of the harbor from the bar is beautiful. They even have an area with boards games and a large table to play at. The breakfast varies day to day but each day its a nice spread. My daughter loves it when the have bowls of fresh berries. We have stayed here twice and time it a great experience. Treat yourself to a stay here.

Yes the rooms were neglected. Two elevators amd ome was out of service. The ice machine out of order too. I didn't feel safe at all.

It was an ok stay. The staff is really nice. Room was ok. Charged me an extra $80.00 only got one bottle of wine didnt drink it because it was gross. Had to open it myself as the girl.in the main lobby didn't know how to open corked wine. Never went upstairs to the bar, as i could hear the wedding party above sliding chairs across the floor. So if you stay try to be on level two or 3. As the bar is above floor 4. Also terrible parking for hotel guests.
