Enjoy peace indoors and out in this spacious, stunning and serene home. It was built by a renowned local contractor in 2022 that specializes in sustainable homes and sits on 8 acres of farmland, along with a barn that has living space above it (see our other listing!). You will be just a 10 minute drive to Downtown Ashland and 5 minutes to SOU, and yet feel like you are out in the country.

The space is furnished in a modern yet comfortable style. There are hardwood floors throughout with warm wool rugs in most rooms. There is a separate media room with a 76" TV with Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV+, and Disney+ included. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a high-end induction range with double ovens. The master bathroom has a sauna and there is a spacious tub in the downstairs full bathroom. The dance studio is a relaxing space to do yoga, dance, or meditate.

You will have full access to everything but the garage.
