Had issues with the water backing up and to the bathtub waited for maintenance. Maintenance, come too late at night was in bed . Was not able to shower due to waiting for maintenance returning supposedly in the morning but it was no show. There was some sort of gump down inside of the bathtub hole hair and black muck.

Non smoking room. Noticed the side of the door was broken and rigged to close. People had broken in in the past. One pillow had a brown smudge. When pulling back the covers, the sheet had cigatette burn holes. The heater blew up the curtains and heated the window but probably not the room. Upon investigation, under the window sill was rigged with wood underneath but there was still holes to the outside. There was a large wolf spider in the bathtub. We stayed for less than 10 minutes. The pictures shown online are fake.

Nashville trip

Room was clean, but there was few thinks that need addressed. Coffee pot was broke and the microwave was not plugged in anywhere. Hot tub worked, but a few jets did not function.

The Who place is kinda out dated and dumpy looking. The room was clean but the coffee pot was so nasty that it had left over coffee in it that had reduced to a tar substance and had grown mold. The basket where the coffee grounds go had a very old coffee bag in it that was all dried crusty and molded. The main door to the room has a quarter inch gap and you could literally see people walking by and it looked as if the lock would give if someone kicked it. I actually pushed the table up against it to feel more secure. Ac worked awesomely. The spa tub was nice and hot however half the jets in it didn’t work and the stopper was some a plastic piece that you set over top the drain and pray you didn’t accidentally hit it.

Could use renovation

Pool was closed and under repair. Rooms are worn with many issues (dirty floors, holes in doors and walls, molding missing). Some linen was found soiled once we checked into room. The customer service was excellent and staff was nice. We needed a clean blanket and staff accommodated with a new comforter. Same with hair dryer.

Would not recommend staying here, I personally will not be back. I booked a room several months before in advance, specified a non smoking room. Once we get there we are given the keys and told how amazing our room would be but they had failed to mention we would now be in a smoking room. The smell of smoke was immediate and we went to ask to switch to a non-smoking room (which we booked). I was given a can of air freshener and told there were none available. We I know there were no vacancies but there were several months to reach out before showing up to relay they oversold the non-smoking room.
