Clean, spacious, and perfect for a large family gathering. There was plenty to do inside and outside. All ages had things to do. The host family was amazing and even surprise us with a special snack upon arrival. Highly recommend.

This was a great house for a family meet up! The game room, pool table, and hot tub kept the kids very entertained while we were at the house. The host had great communication and was so welcoming! The backyard was awesome to hang out in. We would definitely recommend this property!

This property was beautiful and perfect for our long weekend trip. This was my first time visiting Asheville and this property was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Great for a group of adult women who enjoy their own space at the end of the night. The host was responsive anytime we had questions. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

We felt very welcome from the time we booked the property. Once we were there the hosts were very responsive to any questions or requests we had. It was the perfect property for our family to get together to relax and celebrate a late Christmas.

Renee & Doug were very responsive to us and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed all the amenities and they worked as stated. We had beautiful evenings under the white twinkly lights showcasing the back yard and it was perfect for our family that had elderly and kids. The kitchen was loaded with all the utensils and gadgets needed. We enjoyed every minute of our time at their place!

Graduation/ out of school for the summer get a way

My nephew wanted to go somewhere for his graduation but didn’t know where so we just chose somewhere neutral for my sister and I. Renee and Doug home was very relaxing and different games for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was spot on to the description. From the hot tub being hot upon arrival, to the cleanliness of this spacious house, and the pool room which we stayed each night playing till 1:30am. A wonderful stay in Asheville!

We had a great stay in this property. The property managers were friendly and easy to communicate with, and very responsive. The property was in great condition and it was well suited for our family’s needs, with a large communal living, dining, and kitchen areas, plenty of private bedrooms, and a wonderful set of game rooms and backyard recreation areas. We would definitely stay again :-)

Loved my AVL bday weekend stay

This property is adorable and has everything you could ever need. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating and made me feel so special! Very responsive and friendly. Beds were comfy! Neighborhood is safe and cozy! Close to downtown! And to top it off, there’s refrigerated filtered water so you don’t need bottled water! Would definitely recommend!

What a fabulous home! First of all, Renee was extremely responsive, answering every question within minutes. The house itself is well appointed, lots of kitchen equipment and plenty of dishes and utensils. The backyard is wonderful with a hot tub, 3 hammocks and an amazing firepit. They even provide firewood! We were a group of 5 couples. We had one person with mobility issues and the 1 story house was completely accessible. It was 15 minutes to the Biltmore Estate, the Arboretum and some great restaurants downtown. We had a fantastic visit and will be back. Thank you!

Excellent Rental Experience

First, the host of this property was amazing. Their communication was always fast, polite, and detailed. Check-in and check-out was probably the easiest I've ever experienced. They also sent my wife a gift for her birthday. Even though we loved the home, I would recommend this property based on customer service alone.Second, this was a really nice, clean, and spacious home. It fit our family perfectly. The home was in a great location. Close to downtown but far enough to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful back yard. There were multiple game/activity rooms. The neighbors we friendly. This was an excellent experience.
