We stayed 5 nights and only after daily complaining did we get our room serviced one time. So daily I had to go to the desk to ask for all towels. Obviously, the staff were not concerned and just told me to stop back at the desk if there were no towels and they would give them to me. Hello? I made it clear that this was their job, not mine, but it did no good.

We had a good stay in this hotel, the room was very clean and for a family of 5 it was very spacious. The check in process is smooth and the staff is friendly. The free breakfast was an added bonus. The location is really good , it is a short drive to downtown .

Girl at desk when checking in was so accommodating! Elevator not working good at all! No good area for pet!! Poison ivy everywhere! Back patio dirty with ashes frim cigarettes! People let their dogs jump on furniture! No flowers and not kept clean.
