The location and cleanliness were great. The kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t use it much because we ate it all the great restaurants around. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The only downside is how thin the walls are.

We loved everything about our stay. We walked to everything except for a short drive to the Grove Park Inn for a day visit and meal. We especially appreciate the private and secure parking garage included with our stay. We visit Asheville often and hope to stay again in the future.

Condo was very nice and comfortable! It was also exceptionally clean and communication with property manager very easy using the VRBO app. Location was good, close to downtown and Biltmore. Sadly our visit was cut short due to approaching hurricane Helene but hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful clean condo

This condo exceeded our expectations (a rarity in the vrbo/Airbnb world). It was spotless and comfortable and met the needs of our party of 3 perfectly. The location is excellent though I wouldn’t have walked alone outside after dark given the number of people loitering near the building however as a group of 3 women we felt 100% comfortable. Would recommend to anyone going to Asheville.
