Checked in at 2:ish am (NYE) but it states it’s a 24 hr desk, sooo windows were rolled down and desk was closed, luckily a guy was checking in ahead of me and had to beat on the roll down aluminum window, knocked but they didn’t answer so he did what he needed to do to get them to answer , saying hello a few times didn’t seem to get them to open either.

Staff: Great- they immediately changed my room when I addressed some problems. Property rooms are not a 5, but a 3., meaning that flooring, fridges etc are not as nice as other hotels with same rating. Some of the wood flooring was uneven/sunken in areas. They do not have hair dryers in every room, make sure to request.
