Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Complete lack of communication with owner. After agreeing with our revised dates, he cancelled our dates completely. Minimal refund (VRBO was involved and he did not refund what he agreed to.). We were completely screwed. No pictures of exterior - it’s a trailer, which he is very hesitant to say.
