Your only close neighbor is our other A-Frame. There's plenty of space between the two homes, along with fencing for added privacy. There are a few other neighbors nearby, but none immediately next to the property.

On the main level, you'll find the king bedroom, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and direct access to the backyard—all on one floor for easy accessibility.

Upstairs, retreat to a fully private queen suite complete with walls, a door, and its own ensuite bathroom. Unlike many A-Frames with open loft sleeping areas, the upstairs bedroom offers true privacy and separation from the main living space.

Start your mornings at our fully stocked coffee bar featuring multiple brewing options, complimentary coffee, creamers, and all the essentials you need for the perfect cup. The upstairs suite is a true bedroom with walls, a door, and its own ensuite bathroom—offering privacy and separation from the main living space.

• Pet-friendly property with a private fenced backyard. While the yard is fully fenced, no fence is completely escape-proof. Guests are responsible for ensuring their pets remain safely contained.

• Gather around the outdoor fire pit, relax in the hammock, or enjoy meals in the outdoor dining area.

• The home features both an indoor wood-burning fireplace and an outdoor fire pit. We provide 2 complimentary bundles of firewood to help get you started. If you anticipate needing additional firewood, please bring extra with you.

• Fast WiFi is available throughout the home, making it easy to work remotely, stream your favorite shows, or stay connected.

• Our fully stocked coffee bar includes multiple ways to brew coffee, along with complimentary coffee, creamers and a variety of sweeteners to help start your mornings right.

• The home is located in a residential area. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours.

• Security cameras monitor the exterior front areas of the property for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home or on the backside of the property.

*Pet Policy & Fees: We are happy to welcome your furry friends! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, per stay applies. All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation prior to arrival. Any undisclosed or unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fee per pet.

*Backyard & Lawn Conditions: Our property is family- and pet-friendly, and we love providing outdoor space for children and pets to enjoy! Please note that lawn conditions vary significantly throughout the year due to seasonal changes, weather, and regular use by children and pets.

Depending on the season and amount of use, the grass may be lush and green, brown, completely dead, or even nonexistent in certain areas or throughout the entire yard. This is especially common during the fall and colder months. Guests should not expect a consistently green or grassy backyard, as actual lawn conditions may differ from listing photos.
