We had a great time at this beautiful home. It was clean and well stocked. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was also great as we were able to quickly run in and out of downtown Asheville. Thanks for letting us stay!
We had a great time here. The location is perfect! Secluded, but close enough to go out for the night and return to the cabin. We really loved our time here and will absolutely be returning!
Cabin has some beautiful and unique features in a peaceful surrounding. The three flights of stairs are steep and the railing while decorative is inadequate and in need of repair.
The cabin was very cozy, comfortable and clean. Great location! Owners are very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed eating at local restaurants. Fireplace and cave shower and view were highlights!
The cabin was a perfect setting for a weekend getaway with friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. We absolutely loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the view, and the fireplace added so much to the ambiance. Highly recommend!
My friends and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The deck was perfect for morning coffee and for just hanging out enjoying the view. The cabin was clean, roomy, attractive, and well provisioned. We appreciated the thoughtfulness and responsiveness of the host. Location was convenient – just a short drive to Biltmore, downtown Asheville, and hiking.

This is a beautiful, spacious log cabin nestled in the forest with a mountain view. Very private, wonderful balcony, the perfect spot to relax. All the amenities you could want: great sound system, DirectTV, board games, and a well-equipped kitchen to name a few. We'll definitely return, and often.
The house was extremely clean and a wonderful set up. Loved the house and location. The owner was extremely responsive. Only a couple comments: there are a bunch stairs to get in the house, the furniture does need updating and the TV is located in the small loft rather in the downstairs.
Enjoyed our week away from reality.
We were very happy with our stay. Within 15 minutes of groceries and or restaurants. Quick on the highway to go check out great hikes and cute villages.
Cabin is stocked with everything you’ll need!
Accommodations are very nice.
This cabin was perfect for a week to get away and relax. Cozy, yet spacious, cabin for our family of 3. Quiet and private. A few neighbors, but hardly saw or noticed them. Remote location, but close enough to be in downtown Asheville within 20 minutes. Just a perfect getaway.
Nestled in the woods this cabin is a quiet & peaceful escape. It’s about 10mins from downtown where there are nice shops & good restaurants. Fireplace is cozy. The large wrap around deck is a great place to relax & enjoy the beautiful views.
While Mother Nature decided differently about our activities while in Asheville, the cabin left us delighted and full of things to do in this impromptu “staycation”.
Beautiful setting (remote feeling) and within 20 min to anything you might need. Home entry Stairs could be an issue for older folks but we didn’t mind the climb.
This rustic cabin in the Mountains was just what the doctor ordered! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and most of all peaceful! The owners provided all of the necessary items you need to get you through your stay. We cooked several meals there and had all the right stuff! We listened to music when we weren’t sitting on the porch taking in the beauty all around us! While the roads to the cabin are very winding and the circle driveway is a step climb it all added to the mountain retreat feel! We opted to enter via the second entrance and exit via the first (steeper) side of the drive which my vehicle handled better. The stairs were totally manageable and the natural wood handrails made the climb a whole experience!
We will definitely return, hopefully sooner than later. Thanks for sharing “The Little dog” with us!
