The Hotel is in a really good location. There is a lot of things around you to do, if you don't want to drive you can walk. The mall is about 1 mile away and several restaurants are really close. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were very roomy. The breakfast had a lot of variety. Enjoyed our stay would go back to this location.

It’s a very nice hotel in a nice and convenient part of town. A few minutes from downtown with all the vibrant artisan shops and attractions. 20 minutes from Biltmore Estates, which is incredible. The indoor pool and hot tub made for a relaxing evening. Free breakfast in the morning to get your day started. Pleasant staff. Cleanliness throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast is ok. My room was very comfortable and clean. There are good restaurants very close- also junk food spots. There is a large grocery store that is only a 5 minute walk. Uber is expensive from here because it’s a fair ways away from downtown.

Our sixth floor suite was very comfortable. A well equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a cozy bedroom, and a wonderful view of the mountains all contributed to a very enjoyable stay. The hotels location is ideal for access to downtown Asheville, the river arts, District, the Biltmore estate, and much more. The staff was great, too. The only bit of feedback is to better light the commode and bathtub room (brighter bulbs), add a shower curtain liner (no matter how hard we tried the thin fabric shower curtain allowed water to puddle outside of the bathtub), and add a light fixture in the bathtub/shower. With the curtain closed, you have to leave the door open to allow light to come into the room. We were very pleased with our stay!
